  • Yes! You can takeover our lease. If you decide you love it here, you can extend your lease.

  • For the $500 deposit, we are open to direct bank transfer, Venmo, or Zelle. And we are happy to give a receipt if needed. For rent payment, the Lofts accept direct transfer or Credit Card.

  • We had to renew our lease recently, in December 2024, but had an unexpected travel/work opportunity open up. We love our Greenville sanctuary, and are happy to pass on our space to someone in need of a beautiful, zen place to live and/or work.

  • You are free to have guests. No pets are allowed. And while no smoking is allowed under lease terms, we sometimes light Candles, Palo Santo, and Incense.

  • Yes. There is an $80 fee for application, per person, but with an almost guaranteed approval. The entire process is with the leasing office, not me.

  • We’ll meet to exchange the keys on an agreed-upon date and time, give a tour, and a rundown of the place. We are flexible.

  • There is a large gated first-come, first-served parking lot on property. There is always space. I’ll give you 2 clickers to open the gate.

  • Quiet hours in the building are 10PM to 8AM. I am a recording artist/musician and I’ve never had a problem.

  • Per our lease, we hold renter’s insurance with basic coverage. You will be able to choose your own renter’s insurance.

  • The lease is until the end of December, 2025. It is up to you whether to honor the lease or to pass it on to another leaseholder.

  • Our house is all set up for living, and I’m happy to give you a full run-down in a tour. There is a dishwasher and microwave.

    Option to buy our Washer and Dryer, toaster oven, juicer, blender, water dispenser (you can buy 5-gallon jugs at the grocery store, we do spring water), and an incredible 4K projector with Bose Speaker that turns the living area into an amazing home theater.

  • We are happy to include our LIKE NEW Washer and Dryer, which is a huge cost saving for you!
